From the Housetops Magazine is our main publishing apostolate. Every issue features the life of a Saint or a Catholic Devotion. They are meticulously researched and written at the monastery by the religious.
The Sisters MICM also typeset and add graphic design before it is sent to the print shop for the Brothers MICM to print.
This valuable means of spreading the Faith through the printed word, also once employed by Saint Maximilian Kolbe, has touched many souls. Testimonies from readers verify the effectiveness of our mission through this little magazine.
From the Housetops is now available online.
Other publications such as books, pamphlets, calendars and newsletters are also produced here at the monastery.
Follow the Saints
From the Housetops Magazine was started in the early days of Saint Benedict Center and was revived in 1975 by Brother Hugh Mac Isaac. Since then it has celebrated over 35 years of continuous publication with a distribution of over 1 million copies.
